Never Eat these 5 Kinds of Fishes

1. Tilapia:

Despite of less fatty acids, the amounts of harmful fats in the Tilapia are as high as in lard. High cholesterol levels and more sensitivity to allergens are some of the harmful effects of consuming this fish in excess.

 

2. Sea Bass:

The biggest reason to avoid this fish is the excess amount of mercury in it. Also, pangasius or other cheaper fishes are served instead of sea bass when served as a fillet.

 

3. Eel:

There’s a lot of industrial and farm waste found in Eels because of the excess amount of fat present in them. The most intoxicated among them are the American species. Also, large amount of mercury is found in the European Eels.
